Dr. Bekaii-Saab has recently been awarded “Top Doctor” by Castle Connolly, “America’s Top Oncologist” in Gastrointestinal Oncology and a “Clinical Investigator Team Leadership Award” from the National Cancer Institute. He is an editorial board member for HemOnc Today, US Oncological Review, and World Journal of Hepatology. Dr. Bekaii-Saab also served as Chair for Gastrointestinal Cancers: A Multidisciplinary Approach to Prevention, Diagnosis and Treatment and as a Course Director for ASCO Review 2011.
