Dr. Garcia currently sits on the Oncology Expert Panel for the Department of Health Services in Los Angeles County. He is a part of the Gynecologic Cancer Scientific Steering Committee-Ovarian Cancer Task Force for the National Cancer Institute. Dr. Garcia has written chapters in Gynecologic Tumor Board: Clinical Cases in Diagnosis and Management of Cancer of the Female Reproductive System, Synopsis of Gynecologic Oncology, and Textbook of Uncommon Cancer.
