Dr. Radwan is an accomplished educator and researcher. He has authored several articles published in JAACAP and been an investigator in several large clinical trials, such as CATIE and CAPTN-SSRI. He was the principal investigator studying the use of omega-3 in the prevention and treatment of mental illness.
Dr. Radwan's many roles at the University of Chicago include serving as the director of the Fundamentals of Psychopathology Course, the Mood and Anxiety Specialty Clinic, and the co-director of the Family Therapy Course and Supervision.
